The holidays contrary to popular belief have been MORE busy than not. Why you ask? Joe Photo an amazing photographer (and really awesome person too) started a club on the [b] school called Day Trippin’ With the purpose of spending a bit of time shooting for the soul. 

It’s kind of a funny thing, when you shoot professionally it’s easy to forget that sometimes it’s good to spend some quality time w/ your good ol’ buddy (the camera). I had a real blast and spent the day just exploring with about 12 other photographers.

I’m originally from Miami and rain is something I really miss since I moved to LA. She brought her amazing beautiful friend Sara with her and we had fun and took a few shots. I met Alina Pizzano earlier this year in Palm Springs at a wedding show and was very impressed with her design sense. We got to talking and it turns out we had a lot in common as well.  She and I are both cuban and her studio just over a mile away from my home! Needless to say we setup a small shoot for a few of her choice dresses and they should be gracing her website soon! Here is one of my favorite dresses.
